A fabulous tasting soup that is sure to give pleasure with every spoonful.

Western Bacon Cheeseburger

A 1/3-pound hamburger with bacon, sliced cheddar, Cattleman's BBQ sauce, lettuce, tomato, and a touch of mayo all on grilled ciabatta bread. Served with French fries.

Asparagus, ham and cheese omelette

We take fresh asparagus and quickly grill it along with diced ham and add both to a fluffy 3 egg omelette, then add shredded jack cheese. Served w/salsa, breakfast potatoes and a fruit cup.

Anaheim chile soup

This creamy soup is made w/ blended anaheim green chiles, onion, garlic and cilantro. Served w/ fried tortilla strips.

Broccoli & Cashew Stir Fry

Broccoli, Cashews, carrot, onion, garlic, red bells and celery w/ a light oyster sauce coating them all. Served over a bed of rice w/ a fortune cookie.

Little blue pearls of juice hiding amongst tasty pancake batter and lightly grilled. Served w/ two eggs your way, syrup, butter and topped w/ powdered sugar.

Wild & Brown Rice w/ Chicken

A tasty combination of two flavorful rices and chicken pieces makes for a appetite pleasing soup.

Turkey French Dip

Thinly sliced turkey on a grilled demi-baguette roll w/ carmelized onions, provolone cheese and a whole grain mutard & mayo spread. Served w/ au jus and fries.

Corned Beef Hash and Eggs

Chopped potatoes, onions, garlic, and corned beef topped with fried eggs. Served with potatoes and a fruit cup.

Artichoke Bisque

One of the deli's perrenial favorites. Artichokes blended into a creamy, velvety soup just waiting for you to enjoy.

Short Ribs Braised in Guinness

These short ribs are browned, and the pan then deglazed w/ Guinness. The beef broth is added along with carrots, celery, onion and garlic and allowed to slow cook for over 3 hours. Served w/ mashed potatoes.

Smoked Salmon Bagel

Open-faced toasted bagel topped with cold smoked salmon, dill cream cheese, and tomato-red onion relish. Served with a fruit cup.

Crab & Corn Chowder

Great combination of sweet crab and corn with carrot, celery and onion in a cream based broth. Very tasty.

Thai Shrimp Noodle Bowl

Tangy and slightly spicy blend of sauteed shrimp tossed w/ noodles in an asian style peanut sauce. Red onion, red bell pepper, celery, carrot, garlic and cilantro added for taste. Served w/ a napa cabbage salad.
